Butlins, Fun & Dancing
We were here for all the fun that Butlins has to offer and we couldn't resist a photo with Billy the Bear!
It was straight down to the fun fair where we rode the graceful carousel. It was like a scene out of Mary Poppins.
It was game on as we hit the bowling alley. With our lucky balls we were soon hitting the pins and there were some impressive scores and even a few strikes.
Today's plan of action was to head to a local wildlife park and on arrival all we could hear were parrots squawking away! We were able to walk through the bird enclosure where they happily flew around us, even landing on our heads and shoulders. It made for a great photo opportunity and we were surprised at how tame they were. 
We were happy to see the white lions and couldn't believe how big they were. Just across from us was the Bengal tigers and we were thrilled to be so close to them as they royally walked past us.
Armed with sweets and popcorn we took our seats and were ready to be immersed in a rollercoaster of madness at Gandeys Circus. There was thrill seeking, gravity defying roller skating stunts, crazy comedy and graceful acrobatics on the flying trapeze. This show certainly had it all!
We always loved meeting the friendly RedCoats, telling them about what we had been up to on our holidays. Luckily they always stopped for a photo.
