Our group of happy holiday makers were all ready to kick start their holiday at one of our favourite places. With Christmas decorations everywhere we were ready to join in with the festive fun! 

It was down to the arts room to get creative with some Christmas pottery making. After warming the clay in our hands, we decided what shape we wanted to do. Snowflakes, Christmas stockings and Christmas trees were popular with our group. Everyone was thrilled with their creations. Next was decorating Christmas stockings. We painted snowmen, trees, and Rudolph’s, all while humming Christmas carols. 

And we all agreed they looked fabulous! 

With our trusty bows in hand, we met Callum, who walked us through the safety briefing, and then it was time to aim for the bullseye! Anne-Marie was on fire, scoring close to the target every time, and the competition between the boys and girls was on! Next, we took on the air rifle competition and this time, the boys took the lead, with Phillip, scoring an impressive 40 points. 

We all received medals and certificates for our efforts which we were very proud of! 

The tables had been decorated with Christmas cheer as we tucked into a feast with all the trimmings! Crackers were pulled, party hats on and the silly cracker jokes told. 

The silent disco was a total blast—dancing with headphones on was such a surreal feeling not knowing what song everyone was listening to! 

It was the best party we had ever been to.
