After a lovely ferry trip over to Calais, we drove to our luxury hotel where we settled in and enjoyed our first evening meal at a lovely Italian restaurant next to the hotel. We had a fantastic game of ten pin bowling before a few drinks in the bar! 
We had spectacular fun at the Disney Parks - making sure to get autographs from all of the big cuddly characters! We saw Mickey & Minnie, Goofy, Daffy, Winnie and many more! We went on lots of brilliant rides - the Mountain Runaway Train, the Ghost Train, the Haunted House, the tea cups and carousel - as well as some scarier rides like the Tower of Terror and the Rock n Rollercoaster! (not for the faint hearted!)
What a perfect day to watch the Disney Parade go by - the sun was shining brightly and made us all very happy. We saw lots of Disney Princes and Princesses as well as characters from all of the well loved films.
We watched a mind-blowing car stunt show and got to witness how they make the action scenes in Hollywood movies - what fun! Everyone agreed that the people doing the stunts were very brave. We watched two breath taking shows called Animagique and Cinemagique. Both were awesome, with some impressive special effects! The 'It's a Small World' was loved by all - it was like a completely different world of it's own! An amazing holiday loved by all.
