Our week at the luxurious Potters Leisure Resort was absolutely top class. Our holiday was kicked off by a fabulous lunch at 'Lollipops', an exciting 50's themed diner where we got to know each other a little better. Excitement was definitely in the air! The hotel was beautiful, offering us spacious, comfortable rooms and amazing entertainment throughout our stay. During our week we watched 'The Jersey Boys', 'Kings of Swing', 'The Spirit of The Sixties' and a show packed full of West End showstoppers! The entertainment team were absolutely superb and very professional.
Each morning would kick off with a delicious breakfast with so much to choose from. Throughout the week we took part in some fantastic quizzes - and boy was our knowledge put to the test! Everyone did very well and offered stiff competition to other teams! We played snooker and darts and went ten pin bowling where some incredible strikes were scored. We had a go at Archery and rife shooting too, which was a lot of fun. Some lucky bulls-eyes made us all cheer!
We had a go at doing Towel Origami and all had a good laugh at Pat who tried her best to make sense of the instructions but didn't quite get there! Good try Pat! Some of us were lucky enough to get some hols-in-one at Crazy Golf - we were quite the team! One morning after some dancing, we took a magnificent stroll out to the cliff tops (with the resort being right on the lovely Norfolk Coast). It was great to breathe in some fresh air and take in the stunning views. Our holiday was absolutely wonderful and everyone agreed that they went home feeling revived and refreshed. What fun!
