The Magic of EuroDisney with Phil, Wendy & Melanie

After a very exciting ferry crossing, we drove through France and arrived at our beautiful hotel where we unpacked and put on our glad rags ready for dinner in the lovely hotel restaurant.  The food was absolutely delicious and there was a lot to choose from!  Feeling very full up, we had a few drinks and then headed to bed ready to start our Disneyland adventures!
Day one in the Disney Park and we were all feeling ready and raring to go!  We went to The Magic Kingdom which was incredible!  We were all enticed by the sights and smells – wafts of popcorn and candy floss filled the air!  Some of us enjoyed a few rides whilst others cheered on and waved.  We all bought autograph books and got Goofy, Minnie, Mickey and Donald to sign them!
We had the most fantastic short boat ride around a lake where we saw many birds, ducks and the tiniest baby ducklings!  After lunch we did a spot of shopping in the Disney Village and chose some souvenirs to take home.  We watched the Parade where we saw Cinderella, Snow White, The Lion King, Little Mermaid and many more!   Then it was off to Planet Hollywood for a scrumptious dinner.  We enjoyed some drinks back at the hotel before bedtime.
Having filled up on a hearty continental breakfast, we set off for a day in the Universal Studio’s.  We watched an amazing car stunt show, where we got to see how they film an action shot in a movie – it was very thrilling!  We then watched a Disney Magic Show and joined in with singing, dancing and clapping.  After a tasty lunch, we watched an Animagique show where we sang along to songs from the films!
We watched another Parade, Stars in their Cars, where we waved at them all going past.  We had a game of bowling back at the hotel and had another lovely dinner in the Italian Restaurant.
What a fantastic holiday. Thank you to everyone for making it such a success and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
