Potters Leisure Resort with Leo, Netty & Amy

 Potters Leisure Resort

We were so excited to be back at one of our favourite places and we couldn't wait to try all the brilliant activities they have to offer.

We did our very best Robin Hood impersonations at the archery range. We had some very competitive archers.

Everyone received a medal for their marvellous efforts. We couldn't wait to show them off to our friends and family!

It was a nail biting afternoon down at the bowling alley where we all bought our "A" game! There were plenty of strikes and spares- we almost looked like pros!

We love celebrating a birthday on one of our JollyDays holidays....especially when there is cake involved!

Packed lunches at the ready as we headed to Wroxham for a tour of the Norfolk broads. We boarded the Belle of the Broads and enjoyed the calm, still waters as our captain set sail. We had the whole of the downstairs of the boat to ourselves and we relaxed and took in the wonderful sites the broads has to offer. The captain was very informative, and we all enjoyed looking at the various local hotspots and seeing if we could see any of the wonderful wildlife that inhabit the banks of the river. Our picnic lunch was enjoyed in the afternoon sun, and we all felt incredibly relaxed.

The girls decided to treat themselves to a pampering session at the beauty salon where they had their hair washed, blow dried and curled into beautiful ringlets. They looked stunning and they couldn’t wait to show off their hair to the rest of the group.

We spent the afternoon making a splash in the onsite pool, practicing our swimming and playing games.  Then we relaxed in the warm , bubbly hot tub. Heaven!

Every evening we were treated to the most incredible live entertainment from quizzes, comedy acts and amazing dance routines. You would find us dancing the night away to the disco hits.

It was down to the sports hall for a few games of Badminton where we managed some great rallies. We also racked up the balls on the pool table had had a fun, mini tournament trying our best to pot the all important black!

There were some very competitive gun slingers amongst us as we tried our hand at riffle shooting. With a steady hand and keen eye we were soon hitting the bullseye!
