This was the first of two 'Warner Adult Leisure Resort' holidays we are running this year (see our 2012 Brochure, page 11). We have found that our adult only holidays to Warners hotels on the Isle of Wight have been so popular that this year we are venturing to other locations in England. This time we travelled to Gunton Hall Coastal Village, located on the east coast of England, close to the seaside town of Lowestoft and the beautiful Norfolk Broads. We always find the food so good at our hotel and all our clients were delighted by the hearty English breakfast that they could have each morning and they were treated to three course dinners every day, often with neighbouring diners finding our laughter contagious and joining in with the hilarity! Every evening we made the most of the largest dance floor in Warners - Alan proving himself to be a star line dancer and the whole group taking to the floor at some stage in the week. This year’s Spa holiday was held at a very nice Hotel & Spa on the Suffolk & Essex border, considered to be the finest venue of its kind in East Anglia. Our clients were treated to 5 days of luxury treatments and pampering and having good weather all week time was also spent visiting several of the beautiful quaint villages in the area. Having a mixed group on the holiday, we occasionally arranged for different sessions for the women and men, when the women were having their manicures our gentlemen opted for a pedicure. At other times they all experienced together some of the various massages that were booked. Everyone enjoyed the "Exotic Rasoul Mud Therapy" and all found the "Ultimate Body Massage", the "Decleor Aroma Relaxer Facial", "Turkish Soap Massage" and "Indian Scalp Massage" very relaxing. The therapists in the Spa were extremely helpful to us throughout the week and assisted with the best treatments to have and change...

We all met up at Brockenhurst and had lunch in one of our favourite pubs. We even had time for a game of skittles. On arriving at our hotel we all had complimentary drinks and mince pies. We had very good food and also a great choice of meals. Our waiter & waitress were very nice too. There was plenty of time to relax at our resort, but also many activities to participate in. Trips were taken in our minibus around the island and we saw beautiful countryside and some lovely villages. There was great entertainment in the evenings. The rock and roll group was absolutely fabulous and we had fun with the comedians. All the entertainment was excellent. As always, we danced till we dropped….well almost! Late nights were every night for most, but occasionally others would retire a little earlier. Christmas day was similar to when at home.
