Center Parcs Leisure Resort
It was straight to the amazing sub-tropical swimming pool to make a splash and ride the raging river rapids. For those who weren't quite so brave we happily relaxed in the warm jacuzzi. There was something for everyone!
We headed to the crazy golf course for a fun but challenging afternoon. There was lots of laughs and we all tried our hardest to get that lucky hole in one.
The sun was shining as we headed out for an afternoon messing about on the lake on the pedalos. Whilst some sat back and relaxed, others had their work cut out pedalling around the lake. This was great fun especially when we raced each other in our 2 boats.
Down at the arts room we spent several calming hours showing off our artistic skills. We
could choose from a wide selection of figures, many opting for animals and
following a short demonstration we got creative and were thrilled with our masterpieces.
Let the games begin! There were some fantastic rallies on the ping pong table and our mini pool tournament was too close to call at points.
Our active group then picked their lucky racket and there were shuttlecocks flying everywhere!
Football pool was next, an interesting sport which involved kicking a football around a
large, indoor grassed pool table. This caused lots of laughter.
