Farm Experience & Zoo
We
made our way to a dairy farm for our farm experience. We milked
a cow, held baby chicks and fed goats. We were also lucky enough to feed a two
day old calf. Another thing we watched were the sheep being milked. They were
so noisy! We felt lucky to be so close with these animals. A memorial experience!
At the zoo we
had a wonderful day taking in all the sights and the huge variety of animals. We hand fed the elephants and giraffe. It was amazing to
be so close to them. Everyone enjoyed the train ride around the zoo. It was a
great way to see all the enclosures. 
Another day we
went to the seaside in Southend. Taking in the sea air we enjoyed an ice cream
on the sea front before boarding the pier train that took us to the end of the
longest pier in the world.
