The Wonders of the Isle of Wight
Our evening were packed with amazing entertainment of fantastic cabaret shows and disco dancing until late. This was the perfect opportunity for us to show off our brilliant dance moves!
At the Needles in Alum Bay, we were astonished at the views. We also visited the glass factory and all completed a sand sculpture which will be a memento of our trip.
The Needles Chairlift was great fun, it was the best way to see the Isle of Wight’s most famous landmark.
At the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary, we had a great time and all loved petting the cute donkeys and ponies. The sanctuary shelter for more than 100 animals.
We went to Cowes for a boat trip around the Isle and then to Portsmouth. The cruise went past many of the tourist
attractions on the Isle of Wight including Norris Castle, the Osbourne House,
The Royal Yacht Club and the site of the sinking of the Mary Rose. In Portsmouth we saw the latest arrival into the Royal Navy base...The Queen
Elizabeth Aircraft carrier the largest vessel ever to enter Portsmouth.
