Blackpool
We went all the way up the Blackpool Tower and enjoyed beautiful views on this absolutely stunning day with crystal blue skies. Some of us even dared to stand on the glass floor! Then it was on to the Tower Circus to what an amazing show with some brilliant acrobats!
We loved our time in the Tower Ballroom. What joy we took in twirling around the floor! 
What a cracking time we had at Madame Tussauds - where we got to mingle with many stars and have our pictures taken!
We also enjoyed a drink in the Rovers Return on the set of Coronation Street.
We visited the World Museum and saw many different attractions including; The Space Centre, The Mayan Exhibition and The Natural History Exhibition. 
We had a day out in Liverpool visiting the famous Cavern Club. We spent a couple of hours listening to live music and looked at the memorabilia from all the famous bands that had played there.
In the beautiful sunshine we did some sightseeing and a spot of shopping for gifts and souvenirs. It was so lovely to walk along the sea front and on the pier where we had ice cream. Yummy!!
