Disneyland Paris with Debbie, Jackie & Jane
Disneyland Paris
Two Days of Disney Magic, Thrills & Unforgettable Memories! From the moment we walked through the gates of Disneyland Park, the excitement was impossible to contain. Colourful decorations, cheerful music and the wonderful smell of popcorn and sweet treats filled the air. In the distance stood the magnificent Sleeping Beauty Castle, sparkling in the sunshine and making us feel as though we had stepped straight into a fairytale.
We began our adventure in Fantasyland, where there was something magical around every corner. First up was the beautiful carousel, followed by Dumbo the Flying Elephant, where we soared above the park and enjoyed wonderful views. The Mad Hatter’s teacups brought plenty of laughter as we spun around, trying not to get too dizzy!Next came the ever-popular It’s a Small World, with its colourful scenes, singing dolls and wonderful costumes. The familiar tune was soon stuck in everyone's heads! We then queued for Peter Pan’s Flight, which was well worth the wait. Flying over the rooftops of London and into Neverland was a truly magical experience.
One of the morning’s biggest highlights was meeting Mickey Mouse himself. There were huge smiles all round as Mickey waved, posed for photographs and made everyone feel like a VIP. It was lovely to see everyone’s inner child come out!
With the sunshine still shining, the afternoon was perfect for enjoying an ice cream while exploring Frontierland.

Before long, it was time to tackle the legendary Big Thunder Mountain! Racing through mine tunnels, twisting around sharp bends and speeding across the water made this one of the biggest thrills of the day. Everyone came off smiling and laughing, already chatting about their favourite parts. There were more magical character encounters too, with Goofy and Minnie Mouse bringing plenty of fun and laughter. We also explored the mysterious Haunted Mansion, where spooky effects, ghostly surprises and eerie portraits created just the right amount of creepy Disney fun.
The grand finale was something truly special. We gathered in front of the castle to watch the spectacular fireworks display. With the sky lighting up in every colour and Disney music echoing around us, it was the perfect ending to an incredible day. Surrounded by thousands of smiling faces, we shared a magical moment that will stay with us for a very long time.
After such a fantastic first day, we were all ready for more, arriving bright and early for park opening. There was plenty still to explore, and we were determined to make the most of every moment! We started with Together: A Pixar Musical Adventure, a wonderfully uplifting show full of music, colour and emotion. The fantastic performances and familiar songs got the day off to a brilliant start.

Next came a real test of courage for Marius and Cristina, who joined Debbie and Jackie on the legendary Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. As the lift doors closed and the eerie music began, nerves quickly turned into screams and laughter. Those sudden drops certainly gave everyone a surprise! They emerged smiling, although perhaps just a little shaken.
After a quick refreshment stop, we headed to Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, where we put our superhero skills to the test by helping Spider-Man capture runaway Spider-Bots. A little friendly competition soon developed as everyone compared scores and tried to beat one another. Marius was particularly keen to experience Avengers Assemble: Flight Force, and its high-speed launches and thrilling twists quickly made it one of his personal highlights of the trip.
We enjoyed the charming Rapunzel Tangled Spin and then had a wonderful encounter with Alice and the wonderfully eccentric Mad Hatter, who encouraged everyone to drink plenty of tea and embrace the madness of Wonderland!
One of the most enchanting parts of the day came with the Frozen-themed attractions. Exploring Arendelle, surrounded by familiar music, snow and beloved characters, felt like stepping straight into the film. Meeting Elsa and Anna afterwards made the experience even more special, with plenty of photographs and huge smiles all round.
The adventures continued with Cars Road Trip and the wonderfully immersive Ratatouille ride. Suddenly we were shrunk down to the size of Remy, racing through the kitchens of Paris! The incredible attention to detail made it feel as though we had stepped right into the film.
