Blackpool
At the Blackpool Tower Ballroom we stepped into the beautiful room dating back from 1894. We had a great time watching
and dancing along to the Wurlitzer organ.
We went to the top of the famous Blackpool tower. It was amazing as the sky was
clear and blue.
We had a day out in Liverpool visiting the famous Cavern Club. We spent a couple of hours listening to live music and looked at the memorabilia from all the famous bands that had played there.
Back in Blackpool we visited the Madame Tussauds wax works
museum, we had such a great time having photos taken with all of the famous
people. We enjoyed a drink in the Rovers Return on the set of Coronation
Street.
At the Sea life centre we enjoyed seeing so many different species, we especially liked the shark tunnels.
We had a fantastic day walking around and seeing the many animals at the Blackpool Zoo. We had a picnic lunch while we watched the Orangutangs playing and we
went into the petting zoo and stroked the goats and rabbits.
We changed into our best clothes
for our big night out at Sands Venue where we watched the Blondie show. We had
a fantastic meal followed by singing and dancing into the early hours.
