Disneyland Paris
Our holiday started the minute we drove off the
shuttle. Making the most of being in Paris we went straight to an amazing
viewing point of the Eiffel Tower. A spectacular sight and we couldn’t believe
how big it looked in real life! The sun was shining and it really was a
mesmerising view. We then drove around central Paris, spotting all the famous
landmarks.
Our faces couldn’t hide our excitement as we drove down the long straight road towards the brightly coloured entrance. We started the day off walking around the park, getting our bearings. Wandering down the main street with bands playing lively music which made everyone really happy and the iconic Disney castle in the background was a sight we wouldn’t forget.
We were almost star struck! Before we knew it we were greeted by Pinocchio and his father.
Our mission for the day was to to get our autograph books signed by as many of our favourite characters.
Meeting Minnie Mouse was one of our highlights. She was so lovable and we were thrilled when she gave us huge hugs.
Next was the infamous, cheeky mouse himself, Mickey Mouse! He happily posed for pictures with us and signed all of our autograph books. We were doing a great job at filling them! What a great memento to keep!
We studied the park map and made our way round the rides, making sure we went on all of our favourites.
There were so many thrill seeking rides for us to brave. We loved shooting the lasers at targets on the Toy Story ride and fighting the Darth Vader in a galaxy far, far, away.
We took our front row seat as the parade began. A
magical sight as the street was soon flooded with every Disney character you
could imagine! Everyone around us was in a great party mood as the colourful
floats, blasting out classic Disney songs
passed us by. We waved and cheered to our favourite princes and princesses.
