Butlins, Fun & Dancing
On our first day we wandered around the site to explore our surrounding and all the wonders of Butlins. We had a fantastic time at the fun fair playing all the games and went on nearly every ride.
Wandering along the sea front we had an ice cream and walked through the outdoor playing area where we sunbathed on the giant inflatable bed.
At the seal sanctuary we had a fabulous experience. We got up close to
the seals and the penguins. We watched them sunbathing and swimming around their enclosure. We also
went into the butterfly house where they were flying all around us and also we
went to see alpacas and meercats.
We saw some spectacular shows during our stay. We were up dancing and singing every night to fantastic performances! We saw Olly Murs, the famous Red Coat Party Dances, Frankie Vallie and the Four
Seasons, the wonderful pantomime of Aladin Rocks and many more.
We visited the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage
Centre. We had a great time there as we looked around, seeing the huge
Avro Lancaster Bomber taxiing around the air field. We got to take pictures and
see it in all its glory.
