We visited the fantastic Model Village at Godshill, enthralled by the small scale world! We went to Allum Bay where we looked out across the beautiful bay at the famous Needles. We watched the glass blowing demonstration which we all found fascinating! We saw them make many different types of vase and listened to them talking us through the whole process.
We made our own sand shapes, filling our containers with different colour sand. What fun! We went inside the sweet shop and saw how the sweets are made and even got to try one!
We paddled in the sea at Ryde, where we also wandered along the promenade and ate delicious ice creams.
We had a stunning cross country steam train ride, chug-chug-chugging along and taking in the beautiful scenery. We looked around the impressive railway museum and learnt facts about the railway.
A trip to the Donkey Sanctuary was a must, where we got to see them up close and even stroke them. We loved to see they were being so well cared for!
We danced our socks off each evening in the entertainment hall and showed off our best moves. What a cracker of a holiday!
