Butlins, Fun & Dancing
We went in search of some fun at the fair! The dodgems were a hit with the group as we bumped and crashed into each other.
It was our lucky day as we won prizes on the traditional fairground stalls.
Down at the bowling alley it was game on for a few nail biting games. It was a close match with some high scores and a few strikes.
We treated ourselves to an ice cream treat....we were on holiday after all!
One of our highlights is meeting the friendly RedCoats who always take the time to speak to us. The live shows never disappoint and you would always find us dancing the night away.
The Formula 1 track provided lots of laughs as we raced around the track with some skilful driving. Feeling lucky we headed down to the arcades to spend some of our holiday pennies.
We jumped in the minibus and made our way to Lynmouth which was simply breathtaking with views of the sea, sweeping hills and moors. We had lots of opportunities to take photos of the beautiful scenery before travelling on the water powered cliff railway up the hill to Lynton. This was a first experience for some of us, but we all agreed it was a very smooth ride.
