As we drove through the stunning scenery of Exmoor, we couldn't help but feel very excited about the week that lay ahead of us! We arrived at our lovely, spacious accommodation which was formally a farm. The buildings were part of the farms old stables, set out in a square with a beautiful courtyard garden in the middle.
During our week, we enjoyed many team building and trust activities and had some excellent fun! We did archery, low ropes, team building crates, canoeing, horse riding and abseiling. Everyone did so well and overcame their own fears. It was great spurring each other on and we all came away with a real sense of achievement. We even had a balloon popping competition. The girls won and were very excited! One evening we made a campfire and toasted marshmallows. Delicious!
In true JollyDays style we even managed to fit in a game if ten pin bowling which everyone loved - some were just too good! Not forgetting that it was Halloween whilst we were away, we all dressed up and had an excellent Halloween disco! What fun it was! We had a wonderful time in Exmoor.
