Warners- Sinah Warren with Duncan & Tracey

 Warners- Sinah Warren

There were so many amazing activities for us to choose from at Warners. First on the agenda was rifle shooting which was brilliant fun and we all discovered that we were naturals! After we finished shooting, we headed over to the archery range to try our hand at firing some arrows at the targets. Again, after a few turns we all got the hang of it pretty quickly. We all had a great time and Richard turned out to be a modern day Robin Hood hitting the target nearly every time and even got a bullseye!

We even got certificates to congratulate us on our achievements.

The swimming pool was always a great place to end our busy days. We practised our swimming skills, played ball games and we absolutely loved relaxing in the warm, bubbly jacuzzi.

We spent the day at the beach, soaking up the warm sun, collecting shells and enjoying all the fun seaside paraphernalia.

We walked along the pier and met a giant Pokémon called Pikachu and one of Marvel's best loved superheroes Spiderman! Those that were brave enough had a ride on the big pirate ship which went back and forth very high! We stopped off at the arcade to play a few video games and win some tickets on the push penny machines.

Exploring Southsea Model Village, we took  part in a quiz as we walked round the miniature village scenes. We felt like giants as we towered over the tiny shops, village folk and other buildings.

We were keen to visit the  Natural History Museum nearby. As soon as we entered the museum, we were taken into a tropical micro paradise full of exotic plants and beautiful butterflies flying all around us. We then enjoyed wondering around the grand old, listed building looking at all of the interesting exhibits that were on display, getting up close to the gigantic dinosaurs.

We couldn't resist a go on the duck shaped pedalo boats on the boating lake. This was great fun and Anna could not stop laughing the whole time she was on it! It was lovely to see the lake so full of other families and holiday makers, all enjoying this fun activity.

We of course, treated ourselves to a tasty ice cream, too.

It was time for a game of lawn darts with Ricky one of the activity instructors. This was much harder than it looked and really nothing like playing darts with a dartboard!  But everyone had a lot of fun playing and were great sports cheering on all the other players.

The evening entertainment never disappointed us. We looked forward to the fabulous shows every evening, with amazing singing, fantastic dance routines and dazzling costumes. You would always find us dancing the night away to all the disco hits.
