We managed to pack a lot into the week. We played golf in beautiful surroundings. Especially nice was walking around the lake looking at the ducks and swans. Alan is now the new Tiger Woods!
We made the most of the swimming facilities, going down the flumes and enjoying the wave machine. We went bowling as well on two afternoons.
The evening shows were very entertaining, on our first night listening to a Jazz band. And always dancing the night away at the disco!
Some went shopping whilst others went to the pottery where they painted mugs. We also played snooker, pool and table-tennis. We were also lucky enough to have our photograph taken with an owl!
