Potters Leisure Resort (Hopton On Sea)with Midi & Marguerite

 Potters Leisure Resort

It was down to the archery shed where we did our best Robin Hood impressions and after a dew practise shots we were soon hitting the target board scoring highly.

We all received medals for our great efforts and wore them proudly around our necks!

Riffle shooting was next on the agenda and this was a first for many of us. Everyone was thrilled with their efforts.

The live entertainment never disappointed. It really was first class with comedy acts to show stopping tribute acts with all the glitz and glamour.

It was down to the bowling alley for a few fun, yet competitive games. Everyone had bought their A game and a points it was too close to call. Well done everyone for being great sports.

There were so many great activities for us to participate in and there were some great shots down on the pool table.

We showed of our artist talents creating some beautiful pieces of jewellery which we all agreed would make a great memento!

We spent our holiday pennies in the arcades on the 2p machine and challenging each other on the air hockey table.

A day was spent in Lowestoft to visit the East Anglia Transport Museum. This museum is a fascinating place that showcases the history of transport in the region. It features a variety of exhibits, including vintage trams, trolleybuses, and other vehicles from different eras. Our first experience was riding an electric bus/tram from the 1950s, which was a nostalgic and educational journey into the past. The museum is a great visit because it offers an immersive experience where you can see, touch, and ride historical vehicles. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate, providing interesting insights into the history and evolution of transport.
