Christmas Pantomime with Steve, Michaela & Isobel

  Christmas Pantomime

In Cambridge City Centre we visited the local Christmas market and managed some sightseeing. Such a beautiful historical buildings within the City Centre for us to admire.

We saw the Mathematical Bridge, a wooden footbridge over the River Cam which connects two parts of Queens College, was a highlight. It was great to watch the punts floating along the river, before continuing our walk past the fabulous Kings College.

We were extremely excited to be going to watch the pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk. With lots of laughter, booing and hissing at the baddie, finished off with lots of singing which we all joined in with. The panto was absolutely fantastic and provided a great evening of entertainment.

We had a fantastic time at the Fitzwilliam museum. We looked at some of the interesting displays and exhibitions that included amazing paintings, statues and much more.

At the bowling alley exciting games of ten pin bowling was enjoyed, with some of the group managing to score a strike.

We had our last evening meal at an elegant country house. When we arrived for our meal, to our surprise the staff had arranged a special Christmas Party for our group with a full Christmas dinner. We also surprised Bill with a birthday cake, who was celebrating his 45th birthday.
