Out and About on the Isle of Wight with Phil & Mags

We revelled in the excitement on the ferry over the beautiful Isle of Wight.  As we arrived at our lovely resort, we found our gorgeous rooms and set off to get to know our surroundings.  The views our across the Solent from our resort were spectacular.

Our holiday was kicked off with gusto as we did very well in a quiz, played bingo and were the last off the dance floor!

Allum Bay was our first destination, where we saw the glorious Needles out across the bay.  We watched the impressive glass blowing demonstrations and saw them making wonderful vases.  We went to the sweet factory and watched the sugary process from start to finish!

The stunning Waltzing Waters bought our imaginations to life as we watched the water dance to beautiful music.  We were all transfixed by it's beauty!  We went to Warren's farm where we saw so many animals and had a delicious cream tea. What a treat!

We visited the lovely Donkey Sanctuary and got to know the friendly Donkeys.  We even got to stroke them, too.  They were extremely soft, which surprised us all!

We visited the Model Village at the stunning little village of Godshill. Everyone loved this astonishing miniature world!  We had a scrumptious ice cream as we leisurely strolled around.

An excellent game of ten pin bowling bought our competitive spirits to life, as some fantastic scores were achieved! Well done to all for some spectacular efforts!  We had some brilliant rounds of outdoor Jenga, badminton, volleyball and pool.
Another fabulous holiday loved by everyone!
