Disneyland Paris
Today felt like a
dream wrapped in pixie dust and sprinkled with magic! The
first thing we had to do? Buy our sparkly Disney ears, of course! Instant
transformation into honorary citizens of the Magic Kingdom! And
then—there it was. The Disney Castle, towering before us.
Our
hearts soared (literally) as we flew on the Dumbo ride, giggling as the
elephants lifted us into the air. Then we hopped on the Teacups, which had
us laughing until we were dizzy! The spinning, the colours, the music—it was
such simple fun and brought out everyone’s inner child.
Next up was
Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure and we all became rookie inventors at the Worldwide
Engineering Brigade. Using gesture-tracking tech, we shot webs from our own
hands (!!) to stop an army of rogue Spider-Bots causing chaos. We laughed
non-stop—truly living our Spidey dreams! Then came the
legendary Tower of Terror. We cheered from below as some of us bravely faced the haunted elevator that drops guests into another dimension.
Then
came the moment we’d all been waiting for: meeting Mickey Mouse! No matter
how many times you see him, it never loses its charm. He greeted us with big
hugs and playful waves. We took a ton of photos, and everyone left smiling from
ear to ear.
At
the Princess Pavilion, we couldn’t believe our luck – so we decided to see who
was there… and it was Snow White! She was so graceful and warm, just like
in the movie.
As the night drew in we were ready for the grand finale: the new “Disney Dreams of Magic” fireworks
show. Somehow, we managed to get front row seats, and as the sky darkened,
the castle glowed in anticipation. Then—BOOM! The fireworks began, and we were
swept into a breathtaking celebration of Disney’s most beloved stories. Each
scene lit up the castle in dazzling colours
We
brought things back to a giggle with the Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin—a bright,
bouncy coaster where we zipped and zoomed around like toys in Andy’s backyard.
Then it was off on the Cars Road Trip, where we toured the Route 66 desert and
saw explosive special effects that had us ducking from bursts of water and
fire! After lunch we shrunk to the size of a rat on the Ratatouille ride. The
Adventure is such a delight we had to do it again. We dashed through Gusteau’s
kitchen in 3D, dodging feet, falling food, and flying champagne corks with Remy
leading the way. It was pure Pixar magic! Then, the best surprise—we met Woody
from Toy Story! He was just as friendly as you’d imagine, tipping his hat and
posing for adorable photos. Yee-haw!
A
must do ride was It’s a Small World. A sweet, whimsical ride – a gentle boat
journey through scenes from countries all over the globe, with adorable dolls
dressed in traditional outfits singing that catchy “It’s a Small World” tune.
