Butlins, Fun & Dancing with Phil & Isobel

Butlins, Fun & Dancing

The Redcoats welcome show was awesome, we all got onto the dance floor and enjoyed music from the Eighties. During the week we also saw a Magician & Illusionist, a great Olly Murs tribute act, live bands and many more   thrilling shows.

Bursting with excitment we coulnd't wait to try all the rides at the fairground. We went on the small train, carousel, bumper cars, waltzers and the umbrella ride.

Hooking the duck was a great success with many teddies being won. What a thrill!

We headed into the amusement arcade where the 2p machines were a big hit as some of us managed to win small prizes.

We enjoyed the usual competition of ten pin bowling and pool.

At the Seal Sanctuary we went into the Tropical House which had crocodiles, snakes and creepy crawlies. We also saw meerkats and went into the pets corner. The highlight was watching the seals being fed and the baby rescued seals playing.

We went for a lovely walk along the seafront and enjoyed an ice cream. At the gift shops we bought a few souvenirs and gifts to take back home.
