Norfolk- Boats, Trains & Seaside We put on our life jackets and in no time at all we set sail in our little sailing boats. What an excellent morning out on the river.  We worked well together, and we learnt how to pull the rope from the front sail to catch the wind to make us go faster and change direction.   We all took charge of the boats and took turns to steer it. We couldn’t believe the pace these little boats could go at!  The views were stunning and when we weren’t being ‘Captain’ we became nature detectives trying to spot the different types of fish and   birds that lived here.      We ate in a lovely, local restaurant on the broads itself and enjoyed a meal in this wonderful setting. Potters Leisure Resort Everyone was feeling very energetic so we opted to experience the Merengue Dance class. We soon picked up the routine and impressed the other guests with our moves.  Catching the last of the afternoon sun, we stumbled across live music in the garden and we listened to the sounds of Aaron Bolton and his band. We sang along and hummed the tunes, tapped our feet, boogied on down and Lewis got up on stage too! He impressed them so much that he was invited to sing on stage with the band  'Baggy Trousers' a tribute to Madness later that night.   We couldn't resist a photo opportunity in front of the Potters waterfall.     An outside  stroll around the grounds, sitting, admiring the beautiful sea views was the perfect way to spend the afternoon.    A bit of friendly competition at the bowling alley was on the agenda.
