Disneyland Paris with Rachel & Nina

 Disneyland Paris

The magic of Disney really does exist and from the minute we entered the park we were grinning from ear to ear.

It was a dream come true as we got to meet the worlds most famous mouse. We were on cloud 9 as we were introduced to Mickey Mouse. He really is as cheeky as he looks! Everyone loved having their photos taken with him- a memory to last forever.

The Dream… and Shine Brighter parade was an absolute must! This joyful  show celebrates Disney's 30th Anniversary. With front row viewing we watched in awe, waving to all the Disney Characters on their colourful floats to the catchy songs. It really put us in the party mood and we all danced away with smiles on our faces.

There were so many great rides for us to experience. The Mad Hatters Tea Party had us twirling around, before flying high in the sky on Dumbo. After that we travelled through scenes from all over the world on Its a Small World....with the catchy theme song staying in our
 head all day.

Everywhere you looked there were characters galore and we loved meeting them and getting them to sign our autograph books.

The live shows were out of this world. The live music, acrobatic dance routines and magic gave us goosebumps.

With much excitement we entered the castle to meet a Princess. We were thrilled that it was Snow White and she looked just as beautiful in real life.

A Mickey Mouse ice cream was a real treat and the perfect way to cool down.

The Magic Carpet ride was a real hit amongst our group and we had lots of fun quoting lines from the Aladdin film as we flew over the city of Agrabah.

It was then turn to ride a few of the more dare devil rides. Crushers Coaster took us on and underwater adventure riding the waves with the sea creatures.

Down at Toy Story World there was something for everyone. The Slinky  Dog Zigzag Spin had us chasing his tail trying to find his bones . Then we became toy soldiers on  the  Parachute Drop ride where there was a thrilling 82-foot drop down to the army base.  It really was exhilarating!

It was the grand finale of our time at Disney, saving a very special show till last. As night fell, we were dazzled by the Disney Dreams, a magical show with spectacular drone light choreography that illuminated the sky over the Sleeping Beauty Castle as if by magic. This was followed by a spectacular and emotional journey guided by Peter Pan’s shadow, as some of our most loved characters were projected onto the castle. There were ‘wow’s’ galore as the impressive display of fireworks made our jaws drop. It was an unforgettable sight as they exploded in the sky and filled it with colours and light. It really was a moment that we will treasure forever, and we felt lucky to have spent it with each other.
