Bruges, Christmas Market with Phil & Mags

Bruges, Christmas Market

We visited the famous Bruges Ice Sculpture Festival. This was the work of 40 artists, who used around 300 tonnes of ice and 400 tonnes of snowflakes.

We all loved wandering around the market with is pretty wooden chalets surrounding the glittering ice rink. We also did a bit of shopping for gifts and souvenirs.

We couldn't miss out on a very enjoyable horse and carriage ride, which took us around the beautiful street of the city and learnt even more about the history of Bruges.

In the centre of Bruges we walked around the iconic Belfry Tower which stands 83 metres tall.

Visits to local cafes and shops to sample their food and drinks.

We dinned in style at the finest restaurant in Bruge, “Belle Epoque"

  We all loved Bruges!!!
