New Year's Party We started our New Year holiday off as we meant to go on. We hit the dance floor as the fantastic entertainment team sang songs from the Jackson Five and the pop legend Michael Jackson. We danced the night away, showing off our own groovy moves!  We loved spending time in the games room which had a great range of games and activities which everyone had a go at. Simon was very good at coaching the group with their pool and snooker playing skills. We were also pretty good at ice hockey and table tennis. New Years Eve started off with a bang as we put on our smart clothes and made our way to the lake  to watch the mesmerising firework display. We were wowed by the amazing patterns and colours the fireworks made, lighting up the night sky.   Dinner was a feast and the table was decorated with crackers, party poppers and streamers.  We stopped and watched the bagpiper perform some well-known songs and ...

New Year's Party  It was a beautiful, brisk winters day and we made the most of the blue skies by taking in the sights of Great Yarmouth. The beach views were stunning.  We had great fun in the bowling alley with some brilliant scores and strikes. Trisha was crowned champion, winning overall with a brilliant score of 100, although Mikey was only a whisker behind with a fabulous score of 99. We of course then hit the arcades trying our luck on the fun games. We loved spending our penny's on the 2p machines.  The evening entertainment was fantastic and the in-house entertainment team performed incredible tribute acts. One of our favourites was the iconic rock band 'Queen'. The singers in Majestic Voices were incredibly talented and performed high energy dance routines.
